Personalised items are non-returnable and

non-exchangeable unless defective or damaged.

Eligibility for Refund

We really hope you love your purchase! If you need to return an item, it must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Personalised Items

We’re proud to create personalised items that are made uniquely for you. Because these products are customised, they cannot be returned or exchanged for reasons such as a change of mind, wrong size, or ordering errors.

*Defective or damaged personalised items: If your personalised order arrives defective or damaged, we’ll happily replace it with the same item.

Accuracy of personalisation: Please double-check spelling, sizes, colours, and design choices when placing your order, as we cannot accept responsibility for errors provided by the customer.

Our pledge: If the mistake is ours, we’ll put it right at no cost to you.

Restocking Fee

Please note, a small restocking fee of 15% will be deducted from your refund. We do this to keep our service efficient and fair for everyone.

Initiating a Return

To start a return, reach out to our friendly customer service team with your order number and a brief note about the item(s) you’d like to send back.

We’ll get back to you with simple instructions for the return process and a returns authorisation number.

Return Time Frame

To be eligible for a refund, returns must be received within 30 days of purchase. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an update on your refund status. Approved refunds will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow some time for this, as processing varies by payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t seen your refund yet, please first check your bank or credit card statement, as it might still be processing. If it’s taking longer than expected, feel free to reach out to our customer service team—we’re happy to help!

Exchanges

We’re happy to replace items that arrive defective or damaged. If you’d like an exchange for the same item, please contact us for assistance.

Shipping & Returns

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. For approved refunds, original shipping costs will not be included.

Please include your order number on the outside of your return packaging and a copy of your delivery note inside to help us process your return faster.
