At Tigra Threads, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process:

Shipping Methods

Free Shipping on orders over £75.

Orders Over £15

We ship via Royal Mail Tracked 48 for all orders over £15. This service typically takes 2-3 working days to arrive once dispatched, and you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Orders Under £15

For orders under £15, we use Royal Mail 2nd Class standard delivery. This usually takes 2-3 working days as well, but it is not tracked.

Dispatch Times

Orders are dispatched once a week on Friday*. Orders placed before 12pm on Monday will be dispatched the Friday of the following week or earlier depending supplier stock levels and shipment.

If there are any delays or issues with your order, we’ll notify you as soon as possible. *(Only if artwork has been confirmed before Monday deadline.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

While we aim to ship on time, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control (such as postal service issues). We will do our best to help if a parcel is lost or delayed, but please note that Royal Mail guidelines apply, and we cannot accept responsibility for delays after the parcel is dispatched.
